Message From Our Leadership

Jewish Community Foundation San Diego is committed to building a sustainable, just, and vibrant society and ensuring that the Jewish community flourishes here in San Diego and around the world.

Over the past fiscal year, we proudly facilitated 8,187 grants totaling over $152 million on behalf of 1,000 individuals, families, and organizations. Approximately 70% of these funds supported causes in San Diego, while 10% helped strengthen communities in Israel and around the world.

With over $980 million in assets under management, we are grateful to our donors, fundholders, nonprofit partners, and community members whose generosity makes this impact possible. As we prepare to celebrate the Foundation’s 60th anniversary in 2027, we remain committed to helping people align their values with meaningful philanthropy while maintaining the highest standards of governance, transparency, and accountability.
