Paul is the Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Jewish Community Foundation.

Paul is the Senior Legal Counsel for Qualcomm. He is a member of the Charitable Real Estate Fund Committee at the Foundation. Paul previously served as a board member of the Jewish Federation of San Diego.
