Michelle supports the Foundation’s internal team through data management, reporting, and systems optimization. She focuses on creating tools that guide workflow, track key metrics, and inform strategic planning.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Michelle served eight years at the Leichtag Foundation as the Events, Data, and Grants Manager. She leveraged Salesforce to support departmental needs, including building event management processes and tracking grants. She also managed the nonprofit retreat center, working closely with nonprofits to host enriching programs and community gatherings.

She enjoys yoga, gardening, homesteading, and spending time in the sun with her family.
