Leo founded and heads LM Group’s Private Equity Platform. Leo was previously the co-founder and CEO of the Hispanic National Mortgage Association. He advises or sits on the board of several growing companies, including TV Page, Nanocellect, and Vioozer.

Leo holds a B.S.E. in Finance from the Wharton School and a B.A. with distinction in Political Economy from the College of Arts and Sciences, both from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds an MBA from Stanford University. In 2005, he received the Eagle Award recognizing his leadership within the Hispanic community. Leo was involved with the Ken Jewish Community in San Diego for eight years and serves as Chairman of its Board of Directors.
