Leo founded and heads LLJ Ventures, a Real Estate Private Equity Platform. He is also a managing partner in LM Advisors, an RIA. Leo was previously the co-founder and CEO of the Hispanic National Mortgage Association. He advises or sits on the board of several growing companies, including TV Page, Nanocellect, and Vioozer.

Leo holds a B.S.E. in Finance from the Wharton School and a B.A. with distinction in Political Economy from the College of Arts and Sciences, both from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds an MBA from Stanford University. In 2005, he received the Eagle Award recognizing his leadership within the Hispanic community. Leo is the founder and President of KavodFund and is the former president and current Trustee of the Ken Jewish Community in San Diego.
