Jenny Camhi has been working in the field of Jewish communal work for the past 14 years. Most recently, Jenny served as the Chief Talent Officer for the Leichtag Foundation, overseeing The Hive, creating innovative new partnerships, leveraging resources to increase program impact, and nurturing and growing talent in the Jewish communal professional pipeline.

She began her work in the Jewish community as a social worker at Jewish Family Service of San Diego where she gained expertise in radically inclusive community building. Through her clinical work with Jewish Family Service, Jenny became a founding member of The Hive at Leichtag Commons, a center for collaboration, connection, and creativity
