The Jewish Community Foundation manages over $200 million in endowment and custodial assets for over 80 secular and Jewish organizations in San Diego. We work with nonprofits to determine optimal fund structure, governance and investment strategy. Together with our investment advisor, Pavilion Advisory Group, a Mercer practice that specializes in asset management for social sector organizations, the Foundation provides best-in-class investment management.

Foundation staff are available to consult with you to address your unique needs related to investments, governance, fundraising, marketing and organizational management. We currently offer the following structured programs.

Endowment Leadership Institute (ELI)

Organizations work together to grow endowments for the long-term vitality of the community.

Governance Leadership Institute (GLI)

GLI educates professionals and lay leaders in best practices in governance and leadership development.
