Morey and Jeanne Feldman We are privileged to live in a country that grants freedom to its citizens and our Jewish people have flourished in freedom and democracy. Living in San Diego has been good to our family. We are happy to share our good fortune L’Dor V’Dor, from generation to generation. Long ago in Brooklyn, New York, Jeanne’s uncle Paul created a “Golden Book” of donors and donations. These funds were loaned interest free in small denominations to Jewish families in need. The borrowers repaid these small loans at the rate of 25 cents per week. By participating in this “Book of Life” program, we are following a worthy tradition.
