Theresa is the Chair-Elect, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Jewish Community Foundation. She is also a member of the Human Resources Committee and the Endowment Leadership Institute Committee.

Theresa currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Camp Mountain Chai and a board member for Jewish Family Service of San Diego. She is a former board member of Women’s Philanthropy of the Jewish Federation of San Diego, The Agency for Jewish Education and Save A Child’s Heart, and Past Chair of the Jewish Federation of San Diego and the San Diego Jewish Academy. Theresa’s professional background is in Organizational Development and Human Resources.
