Jack Maizel Federation Representative C Cubed Aerospace Jack Maizel was born in Mexico City and arrived to live in San Diego just shy of his ninth birthday. Jack is a co-founder and the Managing Director of C Cubed Aerospace a company that is developing the engineering solution and obtaining the regulatory certification for the Passenger to Freighter conversion of Airbus A320 and A321 airplanes. Starting at a very young age, Jack has always been involved in our Jewish Community as a student in several of our day schools, as a camper and then counselor and director at the Ken Jewish Community, as a teacher at San Diego’s Hebrew High School and board member of San Diego’s Agency for Jewish Education. Jack is the founder of A Culture of Peace, a not for profit cultural foundation, which has produced Emmy Award winning documentaries, produced concerts and music projects of Jewish and Israeli music, as well as published meaningful literary projects. More recently, Jack was president of the House of Israel in Balboa Park and member of the Jewish Federations of North America’s National Young Leadership Cabinet. After having served as Philanthropic Strategy Co-Chair of our Jewish Federation for three years, Jack is now the Board Chair.
